S\u2019agit-il d\u2019une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape vers la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une R\u00e9gion Alsace? C\u2019est en tous les cas l\u2019objectif \u00e9vident que s\u2019est fix\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident alsacien de la R\u00e9gion Grand Est, Jean Rottner.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">L<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">a fusion des d\u00e9partements du Bas et Haut-Rhin <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">est <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> effective <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">depuis le 1<\/span><\/span><sup><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">er<\/span><\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> janvier<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">. Les mots ont un sens, il ne s\u2019agi<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">t<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> pas de la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un d\u00e9partement unique mais d\u2019une CEA. Autrement dit c\u2019est la premi\u00e8re pierre \u00e0 l\u2019autonomie de l\u2019Alsace au sein des r\u00e9gions fran\u00e7aises. Face \u00e0 cette d\u00e9marche le gouvernement est \u00e9trangement silencieux.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Parall\u00e8lement la R\u00e9gion Grand Est vient de cr\u00e9er un Groupement d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat public afin de mieux repr\u00e9senter le Grand Est au sein de l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne. Le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9gion a pour objectif d\u2019int\u00e9grer dans ce groupement les intercommunalit\u00e9s, les d\u00e9partements ou les Chambres consulaires. Au cours de la r\u00e9union du conseil r\u00e9gional quelques voix se sont \u00e9lev\u00e9es pour d\u00e9noncer cette cr\u00e9ation qui va concurrencer le Bureau Europe du Grand Est \u00e0 Bruxelles. Certainement que pour Jean Rottner le Bureau Europe n\u2019\u00e9tait pas assez repr\u00e9sentatif. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9 il s\u2019agit d\u2019une \u00e9tape suppl\u00e9mentaire de la main mise sur le fonctionnement de la R\u00e9gion.
