Le taux de ch\u00f4mage est toujours aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9 et la d\u00e9sindustrialisation continue ses ravages (Walor, la SAM\u2026). Comme nombre d\u2019\u00e9lus de droite il met dans son bilan l\u2019implantation du groupe <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Herm\u00e8s.<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> C\u2019est l\u2019arbre qui cache la for\u00eat. Rien \u00e9galement sur la cure d\u2019aust\u00e9rit\u00e9 qui touche les collectivit\u00e9s locales et territoriales. Autrement dit le Pr\u00e9fet qui s\u2019en va ne laissera pas un bilan exceptionnel de son passage dans notre d\u00e9partement. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cette passation de pouvoir au niveau pr\u00e9fectoral se fera dans un contexte o<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00f9<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> le gouvernement envisage une r\u00e9forme des pouvoirs des Pr\u00e9fets. Le 1<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><sup>er<\/sup><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> ministre annonce l\u2019installation d\u2019un \u00c9tat fort au niveau local. Avec cette r\u00e9forme, \u00e0 d\u00e9faut de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins locaux, les Pr\u00e9fets auront une responsabilit\u00e9 renforc\u00e9e<\/span><i> <\/i><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><i>\u00ab\u00a0<\/i><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><i> pour intervenir dans tous les domaines <\/i><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><i>\u00ab\u00a0<\/i><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> comme le propose F. Bayrou. Cette r\u00e9forme devrait \u00eatre d\u00e9battue d<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00e8<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">s septembre. Ce d\u00e9bat \u00e0 l\u2019initiative du gouvernement risque de se d\u00e9rouler dans une discr\u00e9tion totale.
