La loi port\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque par Simone Veil a \u00e9t\u00e9 vot\u00e9e le 17 janvier 1975. Cette avanc\u00e9<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">e<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> pour le droit des femmes a suscit\u00e9 dans notre pays des interventions calomnieuse et haineuses tant par les milieux catholiques que par plusieurs \u00e9lus de droite et d\u2019extr\u00eame droite. Pourtant cette loi r\u00e9pondait \u00e0 un besoin n\u00e9cessaire.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">En France en 2023 ce sont 243 623 IVG qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pratiqu\u00e9es. Dans notre d\u00e9partement les Ardennes le <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">chiffre<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> est de 361 pour une ann\u00e9e. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Dans le d\u00e9partement, seul \u00e0 Charleville-M\u00e9zi\u00e8res les IVG sont encore pratiqu\u00e9es. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">D\u2019un point de vu sanitaire la l\u00e9galisation de l\u2019IVG \u00e9tait indispensable. Ce sont quelques 300 000 avortements qui <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00e9taient<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> pratiqu\u00e9s <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">clandestinement<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> avec dans l\u2019essentiel des cas des <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">cons\u00e9quences<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> sanitaires plus ou moins graves. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">50 ans <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">apr\u00e8s<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> le vote de la loi les choses se d\u00e9gradent s\u00e9rieusement. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Ces 10 <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">derni\u00e8res<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> ann\u00e9es plus de 130 centres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ferm\u00e9s. Aujourd\u2019hui les <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">restrictions<\/span><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">financi\u00e8res<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> mettent en danger la pratique de l\u2019IGV. C\u2019est dans ce contexte de recul m\u00e9dical qu\u2019il est n\u00e9cessaire que les forces de <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">progr\u00e8s<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> se mobilisent et agissent pour d\u00e9fendre ce choix <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00e9l\u00e9mentaire<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> pour les femmes <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00e0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> disposer de leur corps !<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: large; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; color: #000000;\">Sylvain DALLA ROSA<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Depuis 50 ans il existe dans notre pays le droit pour les femmes \u00e0 une interruption volontaire de grossesse (IVG).
