{"id":2002,"date":"2022-11-10T12:56:20","date_gmt":"2022-11-10T11:56:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pcf08.com\/?p=2002"},"modified":"2022-11-10T12:56:20","modified_gmt":"2022-11-10T11:56:20","slug":"la-cnl-a-vote-contre-laugmentation-des-loyers-a-habitat-08","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pcf08.com\/index.php\/2022\/11\/10\/la-cnl-a-vote-contre-laugmentation-des-loyers-a-habitat-08\/","title":{"rendered":"La CNL a vot\u00e9 contre  l\u2019augmentation des loyers \u00e0 Habitat 08"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2003 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/pcf08.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/habitat-08-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pcf08.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/habitat-08-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/pcf08.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/habitat-08-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/pcf08.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/habitat-08-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/pcf08.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/habitat-08.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Suite au Conseil d\u2019Administration d\u2019Habitat 08, du 28 octobre dernier, la question sur la future augmentation des loyers 2023, pr\u00e9vue de 3,5\u00a0%, a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en d\u00e9bat.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">En tant qu\u2019\u00e9lue CNL, je suis intervenue en lisant une motion sur le niveau de vie intenable due \u00e0 la baisse du pouvoir d\u2019achat des familles et des retrait\u00e9s. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Nombreux sont les locataires \u00e0 s\u2019acquitter de leur loyer en sacrifiant d\u2019autres d\u00e9penses, au 1er rang desquelles\u00a0:\u00a0l\u2019alimentation, les mutuelles, les d\u00e9penses d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne et les loisirs.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">En 2022, \u00ab\u00a0avec la fin du \u00a0quoi qu\u2019il en co\u00fbte\u00a0\u00bb et la guerre en Ukraine, la situation s\u2019est encore aggrav\u00e9e.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">A la hausse des loyers va s\u2019ajouter les provisions pour charges, que se soient pour le chauffage, les prestations de maintenance, d\u2019entretien ou de nettoyage.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">C\u2019est pourquoi, la CNL a vot<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00e9<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> \u00ab\u00a0contre\u00a0\u00bb l\u2019\u00e9volution des loyers pour 2023 et demande leur gel tant que l\u2019inflation n\u2019est pas r\u00e9sorb\u00e9e.
