A l\u2019\u00e9poque, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">les communistes avaient <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">contest\u00e9 ce choix, consid\u00e9rant que les d\u00e9penses exceptionnelles dues \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie ne relevaient pas de l\u2019Assurance maladie mais de <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">l\u2019\u00c9tat.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #221f1f;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial Black, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Par ailleurs, le poids de la dette est plus faible pour <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">L\u2019\u00c9tat<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"> que pour la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">l\u2019\u00c9tat<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"> profitant de conditions de financement beaucoup plus avantageuses.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #221f1f;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial Black, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">D<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">ans le cadre de l\u2019examen du budget de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale pour 2023, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">les d\u00e9put\u00e9s communistes ont<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"> r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 que la dette sociale d\u2019un montant de 18,6 milliards soit reprise <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">par <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">l\u2019\u00c9tat<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">, permettant ainsi \u00e0 l\u2019Assurance maladie de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de pr\u00e8s de 19 milliards de ressources suppl\u00e9mentaires. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">L\u2019<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">amendement a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9 <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">\u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e Nationale <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">par 119 voix contre 90.
