Par la loi, l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 salariale femmes-hommes sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en un an (proposition 76 du programme). Des n\u00e9gociations tripartites (<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Sans, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00c9tat<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Liberation Sans, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">, organisations patronales et syndicales des salari\u00e9s) seront organis\u00e9es pour une hausse g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e de la grille des salaires.
